The worst thing that has happened is that the schools refuse to allow boys to engage in the various forms of roughhousing we used to do. Gone are the days of tackle blackman and wrestling in the grass. Fist fights behind the gym used to only get you a reprimand, but now they send you to counseling where you are told what a bad person you are. The things my football and PE coaches put us through would get them fired today. We enjoyed getting bruised and banged up, and we were given the opportunity. Now society and government wants everyone to have a Nanny looking after them. Drugs are used to calm kids instead of hard work and exercise. Basically, the whole world has gone to hell.
When I took my present job the management consisted of 8 men and 3 women, but now it consists of 17 women and 4 men, and one of those men is gay. Men have fled the field because of all the political correctness. Basically, for men the whole world has gone to hell. The bullcrap thrown our direction is not worth putting up with. Younger guys would rather play video games in their parents basement than put up with the bs of a feminized, nanny state.
And that covers only about 2% of the problem.

I am truly sorry to hear how much things have changed for you and your fellow men. Depending upon where you live, you may have to simply focus on doing your job well and try to avoid stepping on any PC landmines, but in your personal life have a great time associating with like-minded men through sports or some outdoorsman organizations. Design your own corner of the world according to your taste. We are still blessed to live in the U.S. rather than in some hellish country.
We used to play sheer the queer before school, while the girls played hopscotch. Things were so much simpler in those days.
