Very true, and the largest impediment to “outsmarting them” is to get rid of the GOPE. Without their “influence,” Trump would be moving ahead with his positive agenda at full speed. Just yesterday it was posted here that the number of Federal Judges needing replacements has actually increased in the past year from something around 100 to around 140. McConnell is dragging his feet because he’s fearful that too many Trump-appointed judges will cause the GOPE to collapse.
