Under rules of evidence the clothing worn during a shooting, etc. are retained in evidence bags so that testing may be done on gunshot residue, blood spatter, etc. In Nikolas’s case his clothes and shoes were disposed of before he was even booked into custody, not retained as evidence. My sources for this are a Broward County police person (not sheriff’s dept or Parkland) and then an FBI in Broward County. Apparently certain posters want to dismiss this data. Why?
No link. There is no data to dismiss. The first time this has been mentioned is in your post. Sounds like a ‘hot tip.’ If you believe your FBI & broward cop pal then call it in to the Miami Herald and let them investigate this.
BTW-
What is a Broward county ‘police person?’
There is no ‘Parkland police;’ they employ BSO.
