The Constitution does not delegate any power to the feds to regulate our food and drugs.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 gives Congress the power "to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes..."

The Commerce Clause (CC) was intended to remove barriers and hindrances to interstate commerce.

The CC is NOT a delegation of sweeping authority to feds to regulate our food, drugs, or anything that moves.
