If Donald Trump’s signature is not on the agreemment, there’s no cause for action.

He is not even a signatory to the agreement. Daniels can sue the attorney but she wouldn’t attract media attention.

After all, its easier suing a celebrity and nothing unusual here: they’re lawsuit magnets.

Comes with being rich and famous.

And, since they have her signature and testimony that nothing happened before this, she has no case. She’s just doing what she does. Prostituting herself for media attention.

No. The attorney was acting as an agent for Trump and plaintiff is allowed to reasonably rely on the validity of that agency relationship.

In simpler terms, as long as all of the other elements of a valid contract are in place, the contract is valid.
