North Korea is reportedly willing to give up its nuclear weapons program if safety can be guaranteed for Kim Jong Un's regime, according to South Korea.
North Korea has clearly expressed its intention for denuclearization on the Korean peninsula, and if there is no military threat, and North Koreas regime security is promised, they have clarified that there is no reason to hold nuclear weapons, South Korean President Moon Jae-in said in a statement, according to Bloomberg.

Ha ha ha. Yeah we promise. NK may have not even said this nonsense. It may have been how SK's liberals interpreted the remarks. Now Trump will get involved. It should be interesting.
It’s most likely yet another effort to get Europe to join the enemy chorus in shouting at us to get rid of our nukes. In the past, North Korea and Iran have demanded that we get rid of ours.
South Korea has a thriving economy. Other than localized effects I doubt pulling out US troops would make much impact on their GDP.
