I agree - but the elephant in the room is that their nuclear program collapsed when the test mountain imploded with their top scientists inside. That is why Trump has been so bold in dealing with them - look at the tweet re bigger button ... buried therein was the word “DEPLETED” - suggesting he was telling them (and the world) we know - but the media was so caught up in the surrounding boasts they missed the message ;)

In fact, it’s very unlikely to be true.
Nobody outside Norklandia knows who were in those tunnels, and ALL of the nuke infrastructure is elsewhere.
