Supt Runcie has been sitting on an $800 million bond appropriation since 2014. $9.7 million was for facilities upgrades at Stoneman Douglas, but still hasn’t been spent. The money hasnt been spent b/c it's stashed in an offshore bank somewhere in the Caribbean. Makes you wonder what percentage his Chicago buddy was instructed to set aside for Obama. Oh, and this will strike fear in the hearts of these thieving connivers-----"asset forfeiture."
