Back in 2010, on the east side of DC....as some funeral wrapped up....gang showed up. They shot four dead, five injured.
Five suspects arrested. Three given life terms. One given 54 years. One got 30 years.
I think DC had a task force after that, but all it leads to is some meetings, and ministers offering prayers.
