Nunes has no prosecutorial power. It’s up to Sessions’ DOJ.
I would be in favor of of the House bringing impeachment charges against current and former federal officials, so actual evidence would be presented in the Senate trial. Even with no chance of Senate convictions, it would change the narrative and put Senators on record as approving of corruption.
