IMHO they won’t turn over stuff that is requested because they are protecting their agencies.
They DON’T want these investigations and for it to come to light that they have done wrong.
Judicial Watch has had to sue every time to get info under the FOIA and it seems like a subpoena has to be threatened or issued by the committees, they are protecting their own, the DEEP STATE.

I'm confused. Are you saying the FBI & DOJ won't turn over the evidence to Nunes because he is protecting their agency & Sessions won't help facilitate the exchange of documents? So he isn't helping the investigations, but rather obstructing?
