Less than a month after a school shooting that killed 17 people, several celebrities are reportedly planning to use the Oscars as a platform to raise awareness for gun control.
People magazine reports that a group of A-listers will don orange pins from Everytown for Gun Safety, a nonprofit organization that advocates for gun control and works to reduce gun violence.
Orange is the unofficial color that has come to be associated with various gun-control causes. Everytown sells orange American flag pins on its website, but it's not immediately clear if those are the exact pins that will be worn during the demonstration.

I also suspect most Americans are sick & tired of these freak celebrities ranting and raving, relative their “various” nutcase mantras. And, to add insult to injury, the managers of the Academy Awards Ceremonies have chosen that ranting, raving buffoon, Jimmy Kimmel to be the host of tonight’s farce. Them folks is not too bright.
Methinks, millions of Americans, like my wife and I will not be watching. Would rather catch reruns of “The Three Stooges”, who, by the way are ten times more entertaining and wise then these “Hollywood, Hate America, Morons”. Moe, Larry & Curly....we luv ya!!!

I think a lot of people including liberals are starting to get tired of their hypocrisy. It’s too bad there are still a lot of people who worship these actors.
Exactly. There are a ton of movies in pre-production right now that will likely feature a ton of gun violence (John Wick 3 for example). These movies should be postponed or cancelled.

Well I like many others will not be watching. My prediction is that the ratings will be a big slide down.
I think Bob Hope and Johnny Carson were two of the best they ever had. I haven’t watched a full blown Academy show in well over 35 years.

Offer these “stars” signs that they can place in their front yards or prominently on the front doors or walls of their houses that say “This is a gun-free home.” Then take note of how deep their beliefs and convictions go. (Hint: It’s not even skin deep.) Indeed a few years back some people at Project Veritas actually tried doing that — offering such signs to gun control libtards — and met with no takers, but did get the door slammed in their faces a number of times, or encountered properties patrolled by ARMED private security guards.
In Hollywood it’s always “do as I say, not as I do.” Boycott the Oscars.
