Yep. They'll blow one, snort some meth and wash away some of the paranoia with alcohol. Then, they'll be ready for some fun with firearms. From what we see of government in action, the police in many jurisdiction agree with such recreation while trying to disarm sober, law abiding constituents through their lobbies.
