Newton Mayor Wayne Levante is facing a possible censure after sharing on his Facebook page debunked "crisis actor" conspiracies about a 17-year-old survivor of the Parkland, Fla. mass shooting. The Town Council has scheduled a special meeting Monday night to discuss Levante, a member of the council since 2014 who began a one-year term as mayor in July.

Can’t be having any free speech. A sane person could ask what the hell is that NJ town doing wasting it’s time on this. I’ve den seen democrats pull similar b.s. to ruin opponents in my town. Reason it’s so offensive is the democrats are totally corrupt but they always point fingers.
Hoggboy might not be a “crisis actor” but he isn’t a “survivor” either.
There was confusion about Hogg because he appeared a local news telecast in California a few months earlier. He’s just a limelight hogg.
Who says they're debunked?
I think we really need to pay close attention to their words. These folks were not “survivors” of anything. This needs to be called out at every link. Imagine if I witness a car accident, even if I know the people involved, I am not a “survivor” of the car accident.
Words have meaning, and for some reason they think adding this word is important to their cause. We need to take them to task on this.
I’ve said the same for the past two weeks.
The Survivors are in the Hospital being treated for Gunshot wounds. The rest are Witnesses to a Crime.
I guess we must be a couple of night owls. Dear husband down with a cold, hopefully not the flu.
