Bump stocks?

A gimmick.

(gimmick? 2 insulated wires twisted together as a capacitor, in a UHF/VHF RF circuit, length trimmed to tune. Who else is old enough to remember that?)

Not really practical for much because of accuracy issues. Symbolic step, which has little meaning.
