LOL
But hey, liberalism is by definition insanity. Thus your assessment is correct, though I do not think there is a court in the entire world that would find him mentally incompetent.
Oh, and I have strong suspicions that he hit something the night that Donald Trump was elected President. Hopefully it was just the bottle, and not his wife or the pets. 8>)
“Get off my phone”. Bob Grant. He always made my day.
Perillo tours is now dead to me.
Agree, hope it was a bottle. I bought my home from a police officer. There was a punching bag mounted in the garage. I imagined that the cop was coming home and punching that bag every night. I took it down and gave it away, as I don't have anger issues. (Well, not now, but I did while Obama was president but didn't do anything crazy.)
8>) Me neither, though I must admit that I entertained some crazy thoughts, and often!!!
One show you’ll probably never find on there is F-Troop. A hilarious little show from the 60s that rang way too many stereotype bells, so liberals want to ban it down the memory hole.
You Still Can't Fix Stupid!
I have lived in California for a long, long time, and I was always under the impression that it was a San Francisco Company; further, I always assumed that the original founder, Perillo pere was an immigrant who knew the value of the classic example of an entrepreneur who hit it big, through hard work in the greatest Republic in modern history.
The son must be a total imbecile, and the company's new financial trajectory is now assured; and it's not good.
Thanks for the reminder.
It must be available on DVD at Amazon...
Actually, “Decades” had (almost) an entire weekend binge of “F Troop” last year.
When “Decades” has a weekend binge, like they had last weekend with “The Mod Squad,” the binge starts at 1:00 PM Eastern time on Saturday afternoon and goes straight through until 7 AM Eastern time on Monday morning.
When they ran the “F Troop” binge last year, it began at 1:00 PM on Saturday afternoon but ended on Sunday evening. Maybe they ran out of episodes, I don’t know. They then continued until Monday morning with “The Phil Silvers Show.”
One episode of “F Troop” had Don Rickles as an Indian!
I was a kid in the 1960’s and vaguely remember when F Troop was on in prime time.
FYI, you can see it on Google Maps.
Thank you.
For some reason I couldn’t get the link copied to post.
“EET EES Balloon!”
Thought about going to Italy with one of their tours. Not now....not ever!!!
Where can I find F-Troop? I've been telling my son how sick it was and wanted him to it see for a laugh. I want him to see how norms have changed since the 60s.
TIA
I went to the dude’s twitter page and left a small food for thought message.
“Decades,” I believe, is owned by CBS.
I live in Maine and, instead of cable, I have a converter box. I get about twelve stations. On my converter box, CBS is 5.1, the CW, also owned by CBS, is 5.2 and Decades is 5.3.
F-Troop was just one of many old series that aired one weekend on the Decades weekend binge. They have a wide variety of shows on the weekend binge, everything from “Touched by An Angel” to “Gomer Pyle, USMC,” to “I Love Lucy” to “The Love Boat,” etc. But they only do one series, episode after episode, every weekend.
The F-Troop binge was aired in either late 2016 or early 2017, all weekend. I haven’t seen it aired since. They also air movies, mostly TV movies, and documentaries, mostly profiles of movie stars from yesteryear.
I wouldn’t classify F-Troop as “sick.” It was just campy and even though it aired in the turbulent 1960’s, that era was far less “politically correct” than the present day. I doubt if a series like that would be made in 2018.
You could probably find old episodes of F-Troop for sale on eBay on either video or DVD. I don’t know if “Decades” will air episodes of F-Troop anytime soon. Lately, they have been running old 1950’s TV series during the week, especially obscure 1950’s TV shows. They also air “Rowan and Martin’s Laugh-in” twice a day.
Last weekend, their binge was “The Mod Squad.” Next weekend, the binge is the “Mary Tyler Moore Show.”
