Actually, it is not only the same, it is exactly the same as “will you have my baby?”
She was not offering to be a surrogate, nor had she ever been a surrogate, nor had she indicated that she ever wished to be a surrogate.
The money is beside the point. If you don’t know disgrace when it asks you to have it’s baby, I doubt you’d get that offering to pay money does not dilute the disgrace that is Mr. Franks.
The feigned confusion over “what’s the big deal?” is definitely amusing, and punctuates the disgrace.
