The Trump administration rolled out its new sex education priorities this week with an emphasis on abstinence and other sexual risk avoidance strategies.
The Title X grant application, released Friday, prioritizes the types of programs that the abortion chain Planned Parenthood and other abortion groups do not offer. Planned Parenthood has been criticized repeatedly for promoting risky sexual behavior to students and young adults.
Politico reports the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will offer $260 million in Title X grants to qualified health care providers.

Certainly this is better than paying PP to continue their baby chop shop activity.
But the morally and constitutionally correct answer is to just stop funding all such things at the fed level altogether.
Big govt is not somehow moral or constitutional just because we like where the money is going today. Big govt Republicans are actually much WORSE than big govt libs. Because the R’s are selling our limited govt souls for a phony and short-lived attempt to be bigger-but-better. Which is a false philosophy at its core.
For example, it is almost a certainty that courts will apply rule this money can/must go to gay ‘families’ as well. So-called ‘healthy’ options will include you and I funding gay adoptions.
Leave this crap to the states where it belongs and where there is the potential for real Republicans to actually do the actual right thing in this case - nothing.
Celebrate the short term harm to PP. But don’t fall for the notion that this is a good thing for the central govt to do in general.
Charity of all sorts at the fed level is a corruption of our Founders vision.
