1. He's supremely arrogant. Maybe even on a level with OThuga & Shrillery's arrogance.

2. He may still be deluded to think he can escape most punishment ... or maybe that the oligarchy will bail him out from the gallows in the nick of time.

3. He's used to driving the train; ordering murders; raping young children; trafficking in humans, human blood, satanic rituals etc.

4. He probably thinks he's beyond punishment because satan will protect him.

5. He'll learn that satan is the father of lies.
