Rep. David N. Cicilline (D-RI) and numerous Democrat colleagues in the House are pushing an “assault weapons” ban that would prohibit “high capacity” magazines and 205 different firearms.
The Providence Journal reports that Cicilline’s bill, HR 5087, “would prohibit the sale, transfer, production, and importation of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that have a magazine or can accept a magazine that can hold more than 10 bullets, and any ammunition-feeding device that can hold more than 10 bullets.”

I had one of those that I bought around 1966 when I was 16. Greatest .22 ever made, and I do remember the '60s (re: your tag line), I was there but not on drugs.

My post was a take off on Bill Bixby's old line from the TV show "The Incredible Hulky", in which he would often state to various pesky peoples, "Don't make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry".
The Dems feel they will get a huge groundswell, this is the most dangerous time for the 2A I have ever seen.
All that would do is to create a black market for gunsmiths to revamp guns to accept magazines.

Better get every conservative voter in your communities to the polls soon for the midterm elections. There’s a monster wave of Democrats excited to hysteria about voting, so they can have a veto-proof majority of Democrats in Congress to impeach and try the President, legislate confiscation of firearms and open the borders to their third world friends.

Attendance at a gun show in Florida last week was through the roof.....far more people than expected.
People have been buying firearms and ammo in huge numbers for a number of years now.
NRA membership is surging.
Backlash against the corporate NRA boycotters is growing.
The gun grabbers will lose.
