A 21-year-old illegal immigrant who was allowed to stay in the U.S. under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was arrested last week in Rochester, N.Y., for making terroristic threats against students in a high school, officials said.
Abigail Hernandez was arrested and charged for the threats against East High School and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, WHAM reported. Hernandez — who is not a student at the school — was moved to a federal detention facility, and will be held there until a hearing is scheduled.

That thought crossed my mind as well.......and doesn’t look like she’s amounted to anything for bringing her here under DACA. Trump’s right...they don’t send their best or even close!
We do have laws ... but they have Attorney’s, Judges Sanctuary Cities, and our broken system of immigration law enforcement. Once they're here it's a done deal until we get rid of the 'mexican' Law Firms here in the states who are in league with all who want an open border.....including Gov. Representatives.

In the article her mother said she has mental problems....so this is the new ‘excuse’ for everything now.
If they’re a criminal, which she is now, she will either be jailed here or sent back. DACA no longer applies for her or any who commit crimes.
The problem is Rochester is a sanctuary city so I suspect that will come into play in this case.

Well the libs have no concern about costs as long as they can just get these illegals in here and sustain them as well......they like to use the cash flow from all these help organizations which are simply money laundering hubs.
