So, by your remark we can trust that you knew the perp would not do bodily harm to his victim?
I love it!
That poor thief, shot by that evil gun toting victim. There is no acceptable use of a firearm in the USA. Just ask any Democrat. This victim deprived this thief of a earned living. At least that is how liberals look at at it. I believe the victim needs more target practice. Criminal correction is a failure, time to return to to a penal system.
Check!
Why is the name being withheld ? Could it be because it sounds like LaShawn, Demetrius, Tyrone, Jamal or Treyvon.. ? I don’t know. Just asking.
They have to notify the family. Could be difficult if they dont know who his daddy is.
We used to hang horse thieves. Cars are just today’s horses.
Hell, in Texas we can kill them for stealing change out of the console or hubcaps off a car if its “after dark”
Those names are all apostrophe-challenged, so they can’t be right.
Now, DeAnte or ATrey-U or Lael would be better guesses.
He was just trying to get some money for college.
Is the FBI going to save you? Do they actually care? Chalk markers....
True Dat! Preach it Bro!
Feel free to speak for yourself...
“The witness said the SUV with others inside took off.”
Probably best to drive to work in pairs in that part of Milwaukee at that time of day in this season of darkness.
I wouldn't suggest the State handing out the death penalty for car theft but killing a person attempting to steal your car makes sense. Car thieves could just as easily kill the owner before driving off.
An unintended consequence of killing the thief is the world is a better place without the criminal. Same as it would have been better if the school killer had been shot and killed.
....Door #1....Door #2....Door...#3 ???
ZONK....BANG!
Auto theft is not a reason to take a life.
Yes, it is. Stealing a car is stealing the labor that went into obtaining it. Thats stealing life.
If you dont want to die, then dont steal cars!
Unless the CC holder was threatened or scared for their life, etc. they are in deep doo-doo for killing a car thief. CC laws may vary between states, but in general can’t shoot someone unless you have legitimate fear for your life—loss of property does not cut it.
I guess by now you’ve figured out your attempt to re-cast the crime that was committed has not duped anyone.
I hope, for your sake, you are a journalist, and don’t actually believe your own inanity.
Somebody should interview citizen heroes who killed would-be murders one year and five years after they did their duty. It would be interesting to see if they have any lasting effects of taking a life. I often wonder how these people fare after forcibly being put in the position to take another life.
