Yes, and that is true of many kinds of people defined by their sin, not just the sin of homosexuality.
Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
The issue is not one specific sin that keeps people out of Heaven (unless we are talking broadly about sin in general, and remaining unrepentant and in unbelief). The problem lies in a continued state of sinfulness due to a permanent and final rejection of Christ before death or His return.
Revelation 22:11
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Christians are supposed to break company with other professing Christians if we are aware that they are continuing in sins of this type, but we are also to preach the Gospel to everyone. Otherwise, says Paul, we could no longer remain in this world. Jesus taught that the ones who need a physician are the sick.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
1 Corinthians 5:9-13
I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Luke 5:31
And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
Christians must remove those who practice homosexuality from among them. They must be disciplined and removed from fellowship in the church, if they remain unrepentant. However, those outside the church must be preached to. That is why followers of Christ remain in this world. This does not mean that Christians are to have fellowship with the world, including fornicators. But it does require interaction and communication.
I have had the privilege of leading a young man to Christ who was molested by a male relative as a child and engaged in consensual (to the degree it is possible) homosexual relations as a teenager. He was powerfully delivered by Christ from fornication, drug abuse, and other lusts. He has now been married to a committed Christian wife for a few years.
The Gospel of Christ is the power of God for salvation to EVERYONE who believes:
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
It is certainly important to comprehend the depravity of sin, the terror of the Law of God, and the danger of eternal wrath. Without these things the Gospel makes no sense. A person must come to understand their own wickedness and utter hopelessness apart from Christ in order to “break up the fallow ground” of their heart. But having done so, the Law of God is incapable of saving a single soul. That is because no one except Christ has ever fulfilled the righteous demands of the Law. It is the Gospel of the superabounding grace of God that is able to deliver sinners, i.e. law breakers, from God’s wrath.
The Gospel, as defined by Paul, and as preached by the apostles, is that...
1. The Lord Jesus died for our sins,
2. was buried, and
3. rose from the dead on the third day.
4. These three things were prophesied and predetermined according to the counsel of God. They are written in the scriptures.
5. The resurrection was confirmed by many eye witnesses, including all of the apostles.
6. God commands all men, everywhere to REPENT, and
7. BELIEVE the Gospel.
Such genuine and saving faith will manifest itself in the believer calling upon the name of the Lord Jesus as a result of the revealing and transforming work of the Holy Spirit. A true believer will continue to call upon the Lord, continue in obedience to His commandments such as water baptism and love toward others, and will manifest the fruits of the presence of the Holy Spirit in his or her life. Salvation is the supernatural work of God which is accomplished by the predetermined counsel of God, imparting faith and leading believers to good works (also “foreordained”).
All this being said, I appreciate that you are taking a bold stand against the grievous doctrines of this corrupt world system. We are not to tolerate what God abhors. And those who openly and unashamedly engage in homosexual lust and sexual activity are very dangerous to believers. One of the terms the Bible uses for these is “dogs.” They are driven and defined by their perverted sexual impulses. Here is one warning about them in the New Testament:
Philippians 3:2
Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
While we must not be misled into accepting and tolerating wickedness, we must also not underestimate the power of God to save the lost through the simple message of the Gospel.
