Agreed. I have an in-law who was ostracized from his natural family for this very thing. He has a relative who attends church, sings in the choir, and even admits that homosexual behavior is sin. Yet she attended a so-called gay wedding to show her tolerance and love. The ironic thing is that she also showed extreme intolerance and publicly criticized this in-law for his public stand against this “marriage.” She even accused him of being in a cult.

I have heard a number of other people state the same. While I do not find a very specific statement in the Bible that says as much, the examples in the Bible do seem to be consistent with that interpretation.

My position, which is merely an opinion, is that it may be possible for someone who is reprobate to be brought to repentance by God, but it is exceedingly rare. But I also do not have a problem with those who hold the view that it is, as you described it, the “point of no return.”

That being said, the Bible is very clear that some homosexuals have been brought to repentance and faith in Christ. We also have a Biblical example of a church-going man who was involved in incest. He was put out of the church of Corinth, but ultimately came to repentance and restoration.

And thus my point in this thread: there is a distinction in Romans 1 between those who are homosexual and those who have gone even further into depravity who are described as “reprobate.” There are certainly reprobate homosexuals, or those who identify as homosexual.

Yes, homosexuality is a grievous sin and abomination to God, but it is possible for homosexuals to receive forgiveness and eternal salvation in Christ if they repent of their sins (including but not limited to homosexual lusts and deeds) and trust in Christ.

There are those who know that what they’re doing is wrong, whether that’s homosexual behavior or some other wrong behavior, i.e. sin. These individuals are capable of shame and regret, which leads to repentance. They have not passed that Biblical point of no return, the “reprobate mind” to which they’re given over. Others actively attack anyone who dares to criticize their behavior, not only do they not think it’s wrong, they think it’s something to be proud of. Reprobate mind.

Okay ... let's take a very good look at this situation.
It DEMONSTRATES "WHY" our Heavenly Father through His Son, commanded us to

"... separate yourselves from the people of the land,
and from the strange wives";

and "WHY" He commanded we

"cut off ... the very souls that commit .... these abominations ... from among their people"

So I say AGAIN, HOMOSEXUALS had to "EARN their REPROBATE MIND" by refusing God ~ not once, ~ not twice, ~ but THREE times!

Now lets go back to Isaiah 65:

"There shall be no more thence an infant of days,
nor an old man that hath not filled his days:
for the child shall die an hundred years old;
