The IRS, EPA and FBI have already been caught operating against the interests of the American people.
IMO, the others just haven't been caught yet.
It is an absolute MIRACLE that Trump was elected.

The Founders intended this to be done with no court at all. Just Congressional oversight.
Guess this is better considering the volume of cases technology has created.
