Except, as the author points out, DVR surveillance systems don’t have a function to run on delay without displaying that that is exactly what they are doing.

They security system doesn’t have to have a 26 minute delay at the school for it to have a 26 minute delay to the Sheriff’s office.
To claim that all security video systems are the same is idiotic.
