Actually, at least Ohio and probably some other states have not changed their law defining marriage. I wonder how that effects all the laws dependent on the definition of marriage, whether marriages of the last couple of years are valid in those states, and what happens when some lawyer figures this out in a divorce or inheritance dispute.
