Worst suggestion coming from Townhall ever. Author was correct about what a 5/4 liberal court could do - but if they do that, it’s likely there will be war as a government tries to confiscate weapons.
If it comes to that, so be it.
I live in a state (really, a commonwealth) that the Marxists are taking over because of their total control of our counties surrounding DC - and I fully expect our Marxist/Dem state government to, in time, outlaw our weapons like in CA.
If we have to fight, it’s far better to do so together on a national level rather than on a state level.

Wont have to fight it at the national level. A few firefights at a few places killing and wounding several hundreds will end the conversation right then and there.
The concern I have is if the military would stand down.
Think Deeetroit in the 60s. The 101 and 82nd were sent in along with the rest. But then again, they cant cover so many cities and they know it. I suspect that they would cover DC and maybe NYC and places like those. At that time, the good guys (us) shut down most of the transportation into and out of those places and let the riots take the toll on those places. That and the electricity would do it. There is only about 3 days worth of food supplies at any given time within the stores..I hope you get my drift. 2-6 million people would eat it up in a flash and after that the riots start. They’ll kill themselves off.
