You guys are missing the point. If the executive order MUST be enforced - and it originated with the last president - just ISSUE ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER ENDING THE PROGRAM. The SCOTUS has essentially just said that EOs are law. Guess who is the president and can make any EO he wants? ESPECIALLY about DACA?
