Suspend and ARREST !!
I wonder if there is any federal statute than he can be charged with he was so negligent and derelict in his duty that costed 17 lives and could have been so easily prevented. What he didn’t do was so beyond the pale and abnormal considering he let that loose cannon, Cruz, run amok.
Not to worry. I suspect that wrongful death lawsuits are on the way against his office.
Arrest for Reckless Disregard or Depraved Indifference. I Googled both of them, and he’s guilty of both. Depraved Indifference, for sure; I think that’s the more criminal of the two.
You just know Jack McCoy would’ve locked this guy up five days ago. He’d find some charge.
