I’ve owned guns for years, but last night, I joined the NRA for the first time.
They have complete talking point scripts ready to go for the next one. This is a long process they are eager to advance. Unfortunately each step they advance requires more shootings in schools, malls, or other public places with as many potential victims as possible.
The more ineffective police and public officials are at stopping or ending the event the better. The chaotic failures of law enforcement only serve to make the case to take away the second amendment rights from the people, as they can claim "there is no other solution". Solutions thru new laws, more government, and less individual liberties to end second amendment rights are what they are wholly committed to.
Sadly for them if they studied history whatsoever, the outcome of such foolishness usually ends with their lives in greater peril once their role as useful idiots is fulfilled.

Only in a curious way, but we seem to be focused on the idea that Cruz is the one and only ‘bad apple’ at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Is it possible that there are a dozen-odd Cruz-nutcases there, and this was only the first to ‘deliver’?
Looking at the policies of the school, I would suggest that various Cruz-types exist....some at younger stages...some graduated and moved on. I think Broward County has a bigger issue going on.
