Back when we were first starting to see him on TV a lot, even before he ran for President, my wife said:

"Look at that, his hair on top is gray, but right around the temples...it's black. That's not supposed to be that way. It's the other way around"

Your wife has good vision...when you look at Kerry again, look close at the part...can you see any scalp? Hannity is a good example of a sharp part..

Kerry I do believe wears a piece...many in Congress does...
During my working years I worked with a male hair dresser, who's dad was a barber, and he made hair pieces...my friend told me his dad had many clients in Congress..He never would say WHO, and I tried many times to trick him, but he was a smart business hairdresser who kept very quiet...
