I haven't gone through the memo with this particular filter on, but it strikes me that substantial sections of it are conclusions asserted by the author, rather than sterile recitation of facts.

Almost all of it is just a weak partisan opinion. Typical dem talking points dressed up to appear to say something when there seems to be little there.

I wonder why Trump released it? It just feeds the news cycle and diverts from his agenda.

He didn't. Both the Nunes and Schiff memos were released by the HPSCI. With the Nunes memo, the WH returned an unredacted version (approved by FBI/DOJ) to HPSCI, remarking that the memo was unclassified. With the Schiff memo, no such letter, but the redactions no doubt correspond with FBI/DOJ request. IOW, same effect, just no letter.

If it wasn’t released the lunatic LIBs would accuse President Trump of collusion, deception, cover-up or something. It is best to see the light of day because it is the typical BS by the LIB lunatics. Their perfidy is endless.
