It is a blatant fraud designed to expand the Democratic voting base by padding voter rolls with illegal aliens and non-citizens.
Another leftist effort is to open polling places in jails and prisons to permit pretrial detainees to vote (before they become ineligible felons). Similarly, the Democrats want to restore former felons to voting rolls after their sentences are completed (a collateral consequence of a felony conviction is oftentimes being banned from voting).
On one level, it is an illustration of how bad Democratic policies have been: the Democrats need to sponsor a replacement population to make up for all of the American voters that they have lost.

BINGO! And POTUS should say this and watch their heads explode. These same PHONY evil bastards on the left who eventually destroy every community, city or country they run, talk about mean comments on social media by Russians, or Russians trying to “influence” our elections.Yet they have NO PROBLEM with millions of illegals voting in OUR elections for more benefits and policy that is PRO AMNESTY and for the sell outs who will support them in office.
