When he sweats his oath in court, will he only hold up 3 fingers?

No worries!!
No Philly jury will want him. He’ll be ex sponged because of the “morally straight” clause of the BS motto

Sources in other Pennsylvania county governments say such lists are drawn from drivers licenses and voter databases, so its unclear how any of this happened. He should investigate. It might be identity theft.

They sit during the court case and listen to both sides of the story and they go into the back room, discuss it and take a vote on if the person is guilty or not, he reasoned. At age 11, he knows more about the duties of a jury than most people who end up on juries.

He’d probably be more capable than many of the schleps I have seen at the courthouse.

Is he registered to vote? If so, did he vote for Hillary in 2016? Did he know he was voting Democrat?

Stupid government. That summons was meant to go to his dog.

My thoughts too.

I would have loved this when I was 11! Same here. And I definitely would have reported to the courthouse!

I didn’t realize that you could bow out of jury duty when you’re OVER a certain age.

It sounds like Luke has a good mother. She was attentive, but did not seem ‘horrified’ at the notion of him being summoned.
Mistakes do happen. Luke was probably ready to go while in Boy Scout uniform. Not sure if that (wearing of the uniform) would be allowed, though.

We need this kid. He would have had no trouble convicting Michael Jackson and OJ.

These county row offices employ drunks and incompetents who would not be able to hold down a job anyplace else in America. Everyone is Ward Chairman So-And-So’s brother-in-law.
Every few years our local county’s election department will get some bad press because they sent a voters registration card to a dog.
