So, you are going to dictate to teachers and other school employees that they must be willing to shoot whatever of their students has a bad atitude? Looks like your idea belongs in a dictatorship, not one where a choice of philosophy is viable.

Me dictate? No. Open the door and encourage? Yes. I'd even pay the carriers incentive pay. And I'd allow the parents to move their children freely to safer schools with carriers. On the other hand, check your program. Are you dictating that the teachers don't carry? Are you preventing them from exercising their 2nd Amendment rights on school property?
