As a non user, can someone explain to me - if I were locked out as a suspected bot, how would I just go about being re-instated?

Not having a cell phone, I haven’t really bothered with Twitter, but dislike any form of censorship, although any private entity has a complete right to do what they will with their own bandwidth.
