...”Sure. Let’s believe a push poll in the midst of tragedy.”...

Right. All our adult lives, we have been told not to make any important decisions in the midst of a crisis. Also, the infusion of the opinions of children 18 into the important decisions of how we should live and function as a nation is a fool’s dream. While we should listen to kids who have been through what has just happened in FL, we should not make them experts in any way as we think about US policy about guns, for their brains are still under construction and they will not be fully capable of adult reasoning until they reach the age of around 25. Teens react emotionally and are prone to say and do things without thinking. Because they are precious and beautiful to look at, CNN, and others hostile to our current leaders, will use them to manipulate the news. Beware, America. You have a big heart, but it is your rational thinking which will save the future for these kids, so do not give in to the urge of the MSM, and their government colleagues on the left, to “never let a crisis go to waste.”

Correction: Should have said, “Also, the infusion of the opinions of children, 18 years old and under, into the important decisions of how we should live and function as a nation is a fool’s dream.”

Millennials, who often think like children will be running this country soon enough. We won’t recognize it at all when they are finished. The oldest millennials will be eligible age wise to run for President in 2020.
