But let me put these two ideas to you. The bumpstocks are unlikely to be banned, just their sale. You will still be able to 3-d print one and use it.
Here's a more important consideration: what good is a bumpstock against an army? There's a case to be made that any weapon can be used to fight for freedom against an army. Single shot handguns were air-dropped into France so Frenchmen could use them to kill their occupiers and take their much better weapons.
But a bumpstock? You really think a bumpstock is going to help in any possible way in the fight for freedom?
