Valerie Jarrett kept an extremely low profile during the final years of their administration. Though BO was a micromanager, I wonder if some of that goes back to needing her input on all decisions. Curiously, she lives at the Washington “Resistance” compound but her name is never mentioned in these investigations. There is no BO without VJ.
Yes, she always stayed “under the radar” as much as possible. I agree with others that she is his handler. She is the real micromanager and controls him.
