I’m optimistic about the Flynn case putting Judge Sullivan’s nose under Mueller’s tent. He’s forcing much more disclosure than Mueller will be comfortable with, and he could end up doing what he did in the U.S. v. Stevens case: name a prosecutor to investigate the abuses of the prosecutor of the case. A consummation devoutly to be wished . . .
