DITTO.... I always looked forward to the Olympics. When the athletes started sounding off and trashing our President, that turned me off completely. When any athlete, right or left, injects politics into their sport efforts, they turn me off completely. Btw, I don’t recall any Olympic athletes trashing President Obama when he was President, and if they did, they were not publicized with all the glamour these haven been this year.
The sad realization is, the media ARE the DNC, there is no separation, it’s pure propaganda, and left wing policies align almost exactly with the Communist Party. The media is also riddled with communists.
So they’re only “journalists”, doing their job of being critical to those in power, when it’s a republican. When it’s a democrat, all the curiosity, all the outrage, all the due diligence, making sure they cover “all the facts” goes straight out the window. They consider their job to mold how you think. They shut down debate and try to enforce a single point of view as being the only “caring and adult” view allowed. They take advantage of emotional victims, their state of despair, to capture the moment to drive policy - which is disgusting, what a dishonest means to push what they want.
I believe the school shooting in Florida was allowed to happen. The way the media have swooped in and use these kids for their own purposes is vile.
...now they can’t leave sports alone. They’ve polluted everything. Athletes on the left are empowered by the media, those on the right are made to fear speaking up.
Fine. I refrain from watching. Just like many others, apparently.
