MCCabe was fired after FBI agents came forward and told Wray that McCabe had ordered them to do certain things. Potentially changing 302 forms for interviews. The 302 notes are used to prosecute people for making false statements to the FBI. McCabe supposedly ordered FBI agents to change the 302 Flynn memos.Therefore the possibility will be to change Flynn’s status to not guilty.
Emmet Sullivan is a hero judge, who has experienced the bad prosecutors working for Mueller when he presided over Sen. Ted Stevens case.
