That’s a link to the Broward County’s School Discipline ‘Agreement” and it’s signed by the Sheriff, State Atty and local judges.

On page 29 it outlines how various behaviors will NOT result in suspension or expulsion. Instead they receive warnings, lectures and possible detentions.

These infractions include:
All student misbehavior and
these non-violent infractions:

Disrupting or Interfering with class or school functions
Affray - fighting in a public place
Theft if less than $300
Vandalism if damages under $1,000
Disorderly conduct
Trespassing
Criminal Mischief
Gambling
Loitering
Prowling
Harrassment
Alcohol -all related offenses
Possession of Cannabis
Drug Paraphernalia
Threats
Obstructing Justice w/out Violence

NAACP you say. Since I just got back from being banned for using "" remarks against "" people. Something to the point of, go wash my hood. And trust me I am not racist. I raised a "" boy in my home and he calls me dad. I can say that these measures are put in place to keep low life "" in school so that white people's children cannot learn their lessons and eventually see the "" scum getting by with murder and say, "Hey why not us", so they join in.

Any parent that wants to get their kids an education need to consider alternatives to public schools or need to ban together and withhold their tax money in revolt.
