Okay fair enough but I stand by me statement. It is time for Trump to figure out a way to put an end date to the Meuller circus. Rosenweasel made it almost impossible but there must be way.
The presiding judge in the case which originally convicted Sen. Ted Stevens (R, AK) (in time for Stevens to narrowly lose reelection) was Emmet G. Sullivan. Too late for Stevens’ reelection, Judge Sullivan overturned said conviction after learning that the prosecutors had failed in their duty to reveal all known exculpatory information to the defense. Subsequently Judge Sullivan was aggrieved to find that his authority to sanction the offending prosecutor was entirely unsatisfactory to him. Accordingly, he has been on a mission to get judges nationwide to issue a warning from the bench at the start of each criminal trial (it has a specific name, which I read some months ago in a piece by Judge Sullivan but which I can’t recall) which gives the judge more authority to penalize a prosecutor who fails to do his duty in that regard.Knowing that, I was interested indeed to learn the identity of the judge who took over the Michael Flynn case after the first judge, having accepted Flynn’s guilty plea, was recused (AFAIK it was never determined that said judge recused himself). None other than Judge Emmet G. Sullivan! Mueller has a problem WRT the charge that Flynn had lied to the FBI. The recent revelation that the agent who interviewed Flynn did not think Flynn had lied has Judge Sullivan taking a jaundiced view of the case, and has him asking, “What did Mueller know, and when did he know it." If the prosecution improperly withheld information from the defense, Flynn will walk - and Judge Sullivan will do all he can to rip Mueller a new one. Possibly even naming a special prosecutor on Mueller!
