My guess and it's only a guess is that the group that created the "Trump colluded with the Putin op" are giving up on that and the new op will be "Trump's sexcapdes." Both ops were designed to either create an environment for impeachment or lower his profile/numbers for the Nov. elections. Neither op has to be 100%. Any high percentage will aide their goals.

Constant media participation has to accompany all of this. Most likely from well placed mockingbird types who have been in the media for decades.

It takes a significantly qualified group of disinformation creators to put such an op like that in play. These people are experts at what they do and have decades of experience.Most likely CIA but who really knows.

Neither one is going to work since the deep state is being outed and jailed in record time.They are running scared as is the cabal and the Shadow govt. All are under attack by the good guys like never before.Even the DNC philosophy of "never surrender only attack" is failing against Trump.
