The Democrat Party line is very present within the bureaucracy. Trump cannot wave a magic wand and change
the career bureaucrats, who are employed because of ties with the Democrat Party. Jobs in Federal and State agencies, are full of political hacks. The media is the same. Objectivity within these entities, sometimes does not exist. People who challenge this system, run the risk of being blackballed. They will reach their Peter Principal, at a low level job.
