Florida schools and guidance counselors, Florida child protective services, really are culpable for dropping the ball. The boys were already homeless and without parents. Sure, FBI leadership should be dismissed but Florida school system deserves blame. The should be fired too.
I don’t feel that “missed” is descriptive when intentionality is involved.
