The FBI has a huge, multi-billion dollar counter-intelligence division. The FBI failed at 9/11, Ft. Hood, Boston, San Bernardino, Orlando, Parkland, and tried to overthrow a duly elected President. This is “counter-intelligence?”

What’s ironic about the Boston Marathon bombers that it was Russian intelligence that warned the US about these brothers because of their frequent traveling to terrorists cells in former Soviet countries.
What did the FBI do? Apparently not enough.
