The culture and its symbiotic relationship with the liberal abortion providers. Baby daddy wants to make whoopee with his girl but does not want to deal with the resulting responsibilities. So she goes and gets an abortion. Voila! No problems for him or her.

The abortion providers make their money off this and satisfy their eugenic urges. To the liberals, each black child aborted is one less subhuman committing crimes and creating more subhumans through breeding.
